  • All sarees are handcrafted and may have minor irregularities, which should not be considered defects but part of their artisanal value.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless mentioned otherwise).

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateways.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD), partial advance may be required to confirm the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partners.

  • Gaurisa is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or logistic issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Gaurisa offers a 7-Day Return Policy (see our Return Policy page for full details).

  • Customized sarees (with fall & edging, blouse stitching, or alterations) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, product images, designs, and text, is the property of Gaurisa and protected under copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct
