1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for all items in their original condition. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned product at our location.

2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days (after customer confirmation). Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 days for metro cities and 4–6 days for other locations.

3. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we accept Cash on Delivery. You can pay in cash when your order arrives — simply select “Cash on Delivery” during checkout.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI apps (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe), wallets, and net banking — all processed through secure payment gateways.

6. Do you offer blouse stitching or customization?
Currently, we don’t offer stitching or blouse customization. Each saree comes with an unstitched blouse piece included in the package.

7. Are the saree colors the same as shown in the photos?
We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

8. How should I care for my saree?
We recommend dry cleaning for the first wash. For later washes, use gentle fabric care — avoid harsh detergents and direct sunlight for best results.

9. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@gaurisa.com Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship only within India, covering all serviceable pin codes through Delhivery and Blue Dart.
