Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gaurisa, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent refund process.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team at support@gaurisa.com or +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your Order ID.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return after delivery according to our Return Policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Customized sarees (including fall & edging, blouse stitching, or alterations) and items purchased during Sale or Promotional Offers are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or defective products will be eligible for a full refund. Please contact Customer Care immediately upon receipt.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at support@gaurisa.com or +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your Order ID and reason for the refund.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the saree securely in its original packaging and send it via the approved courier partner.


Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account (details collected during the return process).

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a saree, please return it and place a new order.

Important Notes

  • Refunds requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Ensure the saree is returned in its original condition to avoid delays or rejection of the refund.
