Shipping & Return Policy

At Gaurisa, we take pride in delivering your premium sarees safely and on time. Our shipping policy ensures transparency and a smooth shopping experience.


Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• All orders are shipped by road through trusted and high-quality courier partners such as Delhivery and Blue Dart.


Delivery Time

• Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 business days depending on your location.

• Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to strikes, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


Eligibility for Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

• Sarees that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.

• Customized, fall & edging, or blouse-stitched sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, simply:

• Log in to your Gaurisa account on our website (Shopify dashboard) and submit a return request for your order, or

• Email us at support@gaurisa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Please make sure the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved, you will receive the return instructions. Pack the saree securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier partner.


Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur a nominal handling fee.


Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

• You can track your order in real-time using the courier’s website or app.


Where We Ship

• We currently ship all across India, covering all serviceable pin codes through our trusted courier partners Delhivery and Blue Dart.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to addresses within India only.
