At Gaurisa, we take pride in delivering your premium sarees safely and on time. Our shipping policy ensures transparency and a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners due to strikes, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Sarees that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return.

  • Customized, fall & edging, or blouse-stitched sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your Order ID and the reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.

  4. Pack the saree securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders within India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may incur a nominal handling fee.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order in real-time using the courier’s website or app.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be introduced in the future.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
